Had my kitchen cabinets done. Thought they were great in the beginning. After looking closely at their work I quickly changed my opinion. Did not, would not paint the underneath of cabinets so previous color stared u in the face when sitting down. Did not caulk to add finishing look where needed. One cabinet had drips on it. And it chips very easily. We had to do the touch ups & underneath of cabinets. The kickplates at the bottom look terrible, have to repaint ourselves. I would not recommend this company.

In my opinion, this company has a LOT to learn when it comes to honesty and customer service! I suggest reading the BBB reviews! Update: In response to the companies reply below... I have a $100 charge by you for "consultation" services on my credit that clearly shows we had a business interaction. My review is based on the business interaction I had with you. I am in no way implying your work is less than spectacular because I've never seen it in person. But I think you should update your $2500 ad special to state the details of what that offer entails. Call out that you roll the flat areas of the cabinets and that painting the inside of any cabinet (glass doors or not) will cost extra. The ad stated "All kitchens - big or small". It was when we found out it was going to cost an extra $375 for painting inside our glass door cabinets and that you would not paint the inside of our refrigerator cubby area (which is very visible) and that you were going to roll the cabinet flat areas, we were hesitant. You then offered to cancel our contract (Thanks!!) and refund our money minus the 4% credit card processing fee. This was stated by you on the phone and via text. You did offer to give us the full service paint job for $4000.00 but after further consideration we decided to take you up on the cancellation. You then kept 8% of my deposit without telling me why. This business interaction could have been much more professional, in my opinion, had you simply been upfront on the details of the service being provided. Then communicate clearly on the refund process and don't change the amount your keeping for "consultation" purposes in addition to the credit card processing fee. And try not not to insult your customers by calling them names.

Absolutely wonderful experience. It was well worth the wait. We had 2 nightstands that we loved the functionality of but not the color. We also had a small 3 drawer chest that just fit in a certain space. We found KB customs and reached out with photos. The response back was super quick. She kept us updated on the progress and when we picked them back up we could not have been happier with the final product. Highly recommend!

It was a pleasure working with KB Custom Creations. Through the entire process they communicated with me and answered all my questions. The pickup and delivery was very smooth. They reached out to keep me up to date when there was traffic and we’re running behind. Shared photos with me while refinishing my pieces. I couldn’t be happier with the updates to my table, chairs and hutch. It was a great experience. I would highly recommend them to my friends and family.

We have had 2 great experiences with K.B. Custom Creations! We used them to refinish our bedroom set & then reached out to them again to refinish our dinning set. They have always been professional and very nice to deal with. They truly aim to please their customers and ensure they deliver a quality product.
