Service the way it was meant to be! After being dispatched by GEICO, Edward called me to confirm his eta and make sure that I was safe while I waited. I rode in the truck with him for an hour and was 100% comfortable. He was professional, courteous, an excellent driver, friendly but not too, knowledgeable and just plain old nice! I hope I get KB Towing every time I need a tow
Have been doing business here for years and have never been disappointed. Eddie is always accommodating, professional and affordable. I have never had to take my car back because it wasn't fixed the first time.

Worst experience ever.. I had gotten in an accident due to bad weather after grocery shopping, KB towed my car to their lot which was maybe 2000 feet away from where I crashed. I asked the officer if I could get my groceries out of the car because we had just spent over $200 on food. The officer told me I could go get them when I got a ride, so that what I did my mother came and picked up me and my fiancé, we went to the shop and by the time we got there they were closed, We grabbed the groceries and left. A few days later I had to go get my social security card and birth certificate from the car so I could start a job. They would not let me in my car because we had gotten the groceries, so I called the police so I could get my stuff. The police officer then told my fiancé if he didn't hand over MY title and $150 he was going to arrest him for trespassing and stealing our own groceries. The owner had told the cop that he was going to press charges if we didn't so my fiancé was forced to hand over property that wasn't even his and $150 for the tow. Would not recommend to anyone.
