BLOWN AWAY! We’ve always assumed shopping at Kay’s would be impersonal or “big box” feeling… we were WRONG! We went to Kay’s for a birthday gift 10 days before Christmas. The store was busy but the energy was incredible! Everyone working there was super upbeat and friendly. We had the pleasure of working with Davin and now we are spoiled! He taught us about the jewelry we were interested in, he was very patient and made the experience fun! We will definitely go back! This was the Kay jewelry in the Altamonte Mall.

They both had the patience to explain all the differences between the Diamonds we were looking at, in a way easy to understand. I had an idea in mind of the rings and they found exactly what I wanted it. I have no doubt of their dedication on how please their clients by their experience in their field. I came in to make sure the ring I was going to buy online with them was the correct size. Sue helped ensure everything was correct and would arrive by my deadline date. She was very friendly and helpful. Great experience as always with Kay’s.
