Dr. Chang took the time to explain every step of the process for my daughter and made sure she understood all the options available with the pros and cons of each. Everyone on her team was amazing, always answered email questions immediately (no matter how small they where). Would highly recommend Dr.Chang and her team.

Dr. Chang and her staff are AMAZING!!! On my first visit, they made me feel right at home. Dr. Chang sat and talked with me about my concerns for an hour! She listened with empathy and compassion. On the day of my procedure, I was extremely nervous and just seeing her face, made me more comfortable. She reassured me that everything would be okay, and she was right! My husband told me that Dr. Chang called him before she started my procedure, the nurses called to give him an update during my procedure, and she sat and spoke with my husband for about 45 minutes after my procedure to give him detailed instructions. I cannot emphasize enough the attention to detail Dr. Chang gave to me and my husband. Then to top it off she called me the next day and spoke with me for another 30 minutes. I am so grateful that I found Dr. Chang. She is simply amazing! Also, her staff is stellar, Rozanna and Kathy are so nice and knowledgeable about everything!! They are so sweet and kind. Roxanna and Kathy are also 5 stars!!! Lastly, I LOVE MY RESULTS!!!!!

Dr. Chang was so detailed in her description of what to expect I literally knew exactly what was going to happen at every stage. She was so kind and caring to my every question and need. Front staff was also very kind and helpful!

My experience at Katy Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery has been absolutely perfect! Awesome staff so friendly and very professional. My procedure was explained thoroughly, She’s made the entire process very comfortable for me. There’s minimal swelling and bruising, also no pain. Recovery was quick, I’m only 1 week post op and already love the results. She’s Compassionate, friendly, knowledgeable and very honest.
