Took a trimmer to them which was in warranty and they said the charging port is broken and I need to pay them 350₹. Consulted another service center and the motor was jammed. Turned it around and it started working. “Manish” service rep. is rude and doesn’t actually know anything about the products. Pathetic service along with rude behavior makes everything worse.

Had visited them for availing service of my Philips appliance within warranty period. They refused to provide any service and instead asked to me file complaint directly with Philips. But they were willing to service my product if I was willing to pay for it even though it was an in-warranty product. Complete cheaters.

No The staff does not have the manners how to talk to customers. They provide very poor service and take a lot of time. There is an employee named Shiwani who has no manners to talk. One's own caste does not listen to the other caste. not expected from a philips service centre.

Philips authorized dealer ,it is in a lane so going by car is difficult. Parking has to be done outside on the main parking area
