We came here for my husband's Lasik operation, and from start to finish, they showed the utmost care and described every step that needed to be taken before and after surgery.The doctors are very patient in addressing all of our concerns.They also supplied emergency contact numbers, which greatly aided us in clarifying our concerns about wearing eye shields, etc.I was never kept waiting more than ten minutes for an appointment, and the staff were always polite and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hospital for any eye-related problems.

Had my 1st appointments at this location and it was so pleasant. The ladies in the front are so polite and accommodating and the doctor was always prompt. I was really obsessed about the cleanliness of this place...Never waited more than 10 minutes after appointment time to be seen or had any bad experiences.I needed to order new contact lenses and new eyeglasses so I went to this place Karthik Netralaya which is walkable distance from my place.The lady called Shilpa who's guidence and approach was really appealing...she helped me to get my contacts re-ordered...I have recommended my entire family to visit this place in case of any vision related issues...

I had a great experience being treated by Doctor Karthik. He was calm and holistic in his approach. I had nothing to be concerned about. The experience of tests were also pretty good. Staff there were helpful and asked if I had lunch before beginning my tests since it was around lunch time. The overall feedback everyone in my circle had was good too. Karthik Nethralaya is a good thing to happen to Bangalore folks.
