Best vape place I've been to yet. Great vibes and very helpful employees. Lance is always there when I need to get something new and he's always helping me choose the best product.

Savannah was so helpful with getting me checked out! I was unsure of what I wanted to buy when I came into the store today, but she was very knowledgeable and helped me make a decision. Love her and I’ll definitely be coming back to her for next time!

This place is amazing each time I come in! Everything is super clean and the way they have everything presented is a great look. Savannah is awesome, she greeted me right away and had some great suggestions for me! I will always come to this location, by far the best.

Store is well organized. The employee I met Jay was helpful and I was in and out fast. They had some really nice stuff in there.

Savannah showed me these pretty dope papers. Very nice, a unique look for when you roll any kind of tobacco. Place has what you need, polite customer service too.

This was my first time at Southlake Karma, and I was beyond impressed. I have been to many head shops, and I have never been met with such excellent customer service at any of them. When I walked through the door, I was instantly greeted by Savannah, who welcomed me and asked if she could help me. I was looking for a specific flavor of escobar, which Karma didn’t have in stock, but Savannah recommended one that was similar, but even better. During checkout, she was extremely polite, talkative, and made me feel so welcome at this store. I love Karma, and I will definitely be returning! :)
