I scheduled an appointment 1 month in advance for a recall on my snowmobile, I bought new from KM last winter, and maintenance. I was told it would take a few days to get it back, no big deal. To be fair I did drop off my sled 1 day late but I was told it's not a big deal because they were rebuilding a motor that will take 3 days, then my sled will be worked on. Almost 3 weeks later they still have not touched it. I have been told twice now that it's scheduled for the next day. Today I called and I was told it needs to be scheduled with the shop. Every time I call I get the run around. I was told, after I bought the sled by fellow snowmobilers, that the service at Karl Malone is horrible "don't go there". I was hoping they would prove that not to be true. They have more than proved everything I was warned about. I will never purchase parts or sleds from this place again.

Cant say much for this dealership. Not sure if its todays lack of customer service because cellphone in hand or workers don't know how to socialize with customers these days. This location used to be awesome back in the days when someone would walk up and ask if you were interested in looking at something or if you wanted a bottle of water. People at this location seem to do anything to avoid the customer. I've done all of the online Polaris training about customer service and this dealer is just the opposite. I sometimes wonder if the Polaris training is just something optional there. Ordering parts is a nightmare as well. I called one day and some girl puts me on hold after I gave her the part number and then she tells me she has customers stacked up at the counter and said she had to go then hung up. So phone customers aren't customers? I placed an order for a part a while back and after a month of it still being "On the Way", I said I wanted a refund. They wanted to charge me a restock fee for something they didn't even have in stock. 3 days later I received a phone call saying it just came in. If you want Real customer service I would suggest going to Rifle or Grand Junction. They don't put you on hold or blow you off so that they can play on their cellphone or paint their nails.
The worst experience I've ever had at a dealership. The service department installed components backwards and broke parts on my bike. I purchased tires from these guys to put on my bike, and they put the order under the incorrect name (9/22/23). When I got that sorted I scheduled an appointment to get them put on for the following Friday. I got a call that Friday afternoon from my service writer telling me the tire swap was done, but they "couldn't release the bike" to me because there we're 3 open recalls on the bike. I was told it would take around 7-10 business days to get the parts in and installed. I called on the 6 or 7 day mark to see if they had a hard ETA on the parts so I could arrange for the sale of my bike. They told me their parts guy was busy and that they'd reach back out to me later that day with an ETA. I never heard a thing. Two days go by so I call again and I'm told they don't have an ETA the warranty transaction just showed "processing". Another 4 days or so go by and I still haven't gotten a call. So I reach out again and I'm given the same answer. Around the two week mark I just show up and tell them I'm getting my bike and they can have it back when the parts are in. The lady at the front desk just goes "Okay no worries" (Sort of weird for them telling me they can't release it). Another week passes and I get a call saying all the parts are in and that they're working on my bike (my bike wasn't even there). I tell them I have my bike and I could drop it off in the next couple of days. I'm told it'll be done Tuesday because their techs don't work Mondays. I dropped the Bike off Monday night and called late Tuesday to see if my bike was done. I was told they "didn't get to it because it was technically squeezed onto the schedule"... I get no call with an update Wednesday so I call Thursday to see if it's done. I'm told it's finally done. So I contact one of my interested buyers that the bike is done and ready to go. Then my phone rings again 10 minutes later and I get told that the claim for warranty was never submitted so they weren't able to get the work done. The bike wasn't "done" until 11/01/23. I arranged a ride down the dealership and upon pickup I'm told they've closed they're registers and can't ring me out. It's 6:17 and their posted hours say they close at 7. My service writer has to basically convince the girl to ring me out. I go out to my bike and immediately notice they switched it to GP shift. (completely opposite installation of the shift linkage, common practice on race bikes). I flag them down to see if they can fix it. They wheel it back in and 35 minutes later the bike is "done" again. I got to ride home and the linkage is sticking hard. Another 10 minutes of adjustment go by and I'm finally out of there. Couple of days go by and I get an angry text from maintenance that there is a puddle of coolant underneath my bike. (11/8/23) I call a staff member after hours an he tells me he'd have a solution for me the next day. No call.... I have to find a solution my self because my bike is leaking fluid all over the parking garage. I find my overflow tank is cracked from over tightening the overflow cover. At this point I've had the last months of the riding season wasted and all my sale opportunities blown through because they've only made my bike worse and I refuse to stick someone else with my problem. They've offered to pickup the bike 11/13/23 and bring it BACK to the shop, but they've literally only harmed it so I refuse to do that. I also tried to give them my business in sales twice prior to me purchasing this bike and no one followed up what so ever. Complete flaw of a dealer and I wouldn't recommend to anyone for anything.
My husband was helped by King Dias two weeks ago. We decided to go back to get my bike after I got my endorsement. King is very nice and our #1 salesman. We will definitely continue to come back.
King Dias was the key to buying my first motorcycle. Approachable supportive and genuine, King made it easy to purchase my new bike. The whole staff at Karle Malone Motorsports were courteous and respectful sharing knowledge thru the entire process. Thank You!
