I’ve had such a tedious and stressful experience with this place. I’ve gone here a ridiculously amount of times over one item. I’ve been lied to, had the phone hung up on my face, and had my time wasted for weeks because of inconsiderate and unprofessional employees here. I’ve made other purchases prior to the last one, never really had issues as to why I went back to purchase more or their items. Will I say after a couple months of having purchased one of their jewelry pieces, it was all scuffed and scratched with minimal wear. I went back and they didn’t care about it even though I was told I wouldn’t have any issues for at least 6 months. This was the start of my bad experience with Karens. To top this one off, I had made another purchase just a few weeks after this to buy another one of their items but from another retailer as they sell items from other brand names. I made the purchase for the full price and was told they needed to order the item I asked for. I was told to go in the following week to pick it up. I get there when I’m told, and my item was not there. Again, I’m told they’re still waiting for the item and I need to go in the following week.. this went on for just about 4 weeks. At the end of it all I never ended up with the item I paid full price on for over a couple hundred dollars. I wasted so much time always going back and forth going in expecting to go pick up what I had already paid for but I was repeatedly lied to every time I went in. At the end of it all, I insisted on getting a refund as to such a terrible and frustrating experience I had. And not to mention they claim to have amazing quality pieces, but one of the jewelry pieces I had bought in the beginning as mentioned, has broken and links snapped off. Terrible experience and not buying anything from them ever again. Don’t recommend!!

I purchased a ring here last year in the month of December as a Christmas gift to myself. It costed about $350. I remember purchasing it during a sales event. The retailed price was over $700, however it’s only been two months of wearing it and the stone fell off. I actually lost the stone after my shift at work and can’t recall my foot steps. I shouldn’t have to worry if a stone would fall off. I’m just upset because the stone should have been properly secured. This has never happened to me when purchasing gold rings in the past. I should have listened to the past reviews but I gave it the benefit of the doubt since the sales representative was very friendly. See photo attached. I don’t think I’ll be returning.
