Never go to the Anand outlet. No one will response after you purchase the product in case of any query or problem. Making charges is too much min.25%. In my case, I had been ensured not to pay making charges while repairing of Matty(kaansar) though they imposed charges @25% which was 19% at the time of purchasing. Eventually you will be end up paying higher than you receive discounts
