Kaizu

Ordered lunch 12 bites and shrimp tempura. The staff is friendly and the food is very good. Better than your average sushi. Fair pricing. The restaurant looks so nice inside and out. Happy we came.

Newly opened Kaizu serves sushi with fresh ingredients, good taste and aesthetically pleasing presentation. However, customer service is perceived as weak. The owner gives a cocky and less welcoming impression, which lowers the overall experience despite good food.

I really want to thank you for the amazingly delicious sushi! 🍣 It's not the first time we order, and every time it's a real taste experience. The rolls are carefully made, fresh and have a perfect balance of flavors. The fish is soft and melts in your mouth, the rice is cooked to perfection and the fillings are generous and of high quality. It's really noticeable that you care about your customers and work with your heart. Thank you for a wonderful evening and a fantastic dining experience! We will definitely order again and recommend you to our friends ❤️🍱

I went with my friends on opening day, and overall it was a good experience. The food was really good, and I loved how they renovated the restaurant, it looks great. The only downside was the wait time. We waited almost 50 minutes for our order, which was a bit frustrating, and I had to ask the staff about it because it felt longer than expected. That said, since it was their first day open, my friends and I agreed to give them some grace. What I really appreciated was that the staff asked us for feedback. That made me feel better about the situation, and I could tell they genuinely cared. Overall, the food was good, and I’ve already told people from uni about this new place 😊
