I've been using KG Logistics freight services door to door world-wide for a few years now and always found Matt Handley, Lois Seymour and Olivia Lilley to be professional, knowledgeable and efficient. I ship large and small consignments, often relatively high in value and it's essential to work with a freight agency who I know takes care of my goods. I couldn't sleep if I didn't know I was in safe hands, so thanks very much to all at KG Logistics.
We have used KG Logistics for a few years now to import from China. Matthew and the team have been fantastic... keeping us constantly updated throughout collections and doorstop deliveries!. Very professional and friendly service, that has proven to work with our specific needs. Well done all!
Avoid it at all costs, very unprofessional and disorganized. I ended up paying more for their own mistake. They use another freight company in China who got no clue what to do. All they are interested in is putting a surcharge on their customer. It's been a horrendous experience with them. They booked my delivery and I have hired two people for that. Then I call to where is my delivery, and after that, they mention it was not coming today. So I ended up paying for two guys all day, again for their mistakes. I had a few other shipments to book with them, but I will never use them. Feeling lucky to have my product at least
