It took me 4 months time to downgrade the line and yet still NOT DONE! The reason given from the agent is "Wait Wait Wait, downgrade takes time" but wait for 4 months and nothing could be done??!!! The renewal contract I signed on April, and I received the contract that e-mailed by your admin on 4 August to reconfirm for the renewal line is signed on 11th July??!! How dare you changed and edit our contract???? This is ridiculous!!!! You are NOT worth for any star!

Fully agreed. Very poor after sales service. We signed up for the corporate as well as personal lines from Maxis through Justel before Christmas and our lines were just activated a few days ago. Till today, we are still waiting for the phones from the Maxis package. Will definitely not to have any dealing with this company anymore.
