My husband went in to cut my daughters hair and I am very unhappy with the result. They cut it much shorter than what was agreed to (shoulder length) and gave her a bob cut instead. They also gave her a fringe, knowing my daughter has a cowlick and now her hair is sticking up in the front after we had just grown her fringe out for a year. It looks terrible and I am absolutely gutted.

Had a great experience with Aman! He did an excellent job with my haircut and really understood the style I wanted. The layers were done beautifully, and the finish looked fresh and natural. Aman was friendly, professional, and paid great attention to detail. Also, a special mention to Swathi at the front desk—she was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. I walked in off the street, no appointment necessary. I entered My name on the welcome board and chose what i was wanting and took a seat. 3 clients ahead of Me, As there was only 1 hairdresser on at the time, the Young Lady took great attention to Her clients needs and quickly and professionally tackled each client with ease. I was greeted by Marife when it came to My hair, She shampooed My hair in a pleasant manner. I then moved on for the hair cut. As I tried to trim it Myself and botched it, She said in pleasant way, who cut You hair,, I admitted, it was Me. She said, OH my gosh, don't worry I will fix it for You. I said to Her, dont take too much off the top, as i like to keep some there for an Umbrella to keep the sun off. She laughed. After finishing the haircut which looked 200% better, I was very impressed with the result.The Young Ladies name was Marife. May I say to the Manager of Just Cuts, Whangarei. Hang on to this Young Lady. She is a Credit to the Company. Big shout out to Marife Great cut. I will refer J.C.W to My friends.. Thank-you.
