Hi there! Just wanted to let you know that Donna (I think that was her name) gave me the best customer service at your Kwinana store on 3/8/26 and also the best cut. I am 56 and I believe it was the best cut ever!!! Donna also helped me to understand how to care for my hair and sold me the appropriate products which so far have proven to do well. This was my first time at Just Cuts Kwinana. The ladies were polite. One came and showed me what to do. I didn't have to wait long before I was cslled. Told her what I wanted and she delivered. I am happy with the result. I will be coming back.

Jeslyn is great hairdresser and advice me how to ccare my scalp and style hair

40-50 minute wait on signing in. Thats ok, wnnt shopping, came back after 40 mins and sat outside shop for 10 mins. Then brought into the shop and sat in hair dressing chair..... for 20 mins with no one attending. Left as people next to me werent anywhere near being done. What a weird thing to do. If told it would still be waiting another 20 or 30 mins, i would have done something else to fill the time, or just said no thanks, maybe another day. Dont waste peoples time please
