I wouldn't recommend anyone to get a haircut or hair curls done at Just Cuts, Hollywood Plaza if you're booked with the employee named Michelle (the lady with dreadlocks). I was asked to wait around 20 minutes, but after waiting over 40 minutes, I was told she couldn't do my hair. I was initially quoted around $75, but then the price suddenly changed to $90. It felt as though she simply wasn't interested in doing the service. During my wait, I noticed she came across as rude to other customers as well. I also felt I was treated differently because of my skin colour, which made the experience even more upsetting. I checked my watch because I was already running late for another appointment after waiting twice as long as I had been told. Michelle then commented that "people start looking at their watch when the time is more than what's given." I don't think it's unreasonable to check the time after waiting over 40 minutes when you've been told it would only be 20. I've always had great experiences at other Just Cuts locations, especially Elizabeth, so this was very disappointing. Everyone deserves to be treated with respect, regardless of their background. Unfortunately, my experience at Hollywood Plaza was unprofessional, rude, and left me feeling unwelcome.

Went there for my daughters first hair trim. Daughter was unsure and a little un easy, but staff were very patient and handled it all. Extremely happy.
They say a change is as good as a holiday, Mum is glad so is going to a new hairdresser as am I. The service is so much better than what JustCuts Parabanks ever offered.

Rude staff! Got there at 4.45 and were shut. Asked the staff if they were open and rude response was - we were not busy so we were told to shut early Avoid this place
Extremely rude staff! Arrived at 4.35pm for a haircut, 3 staff were on, chatting out the front but when arrived all hurriedly scurry away and was abruptly told we're closed, we shut at 5pm today! I said its 4.35pm, was once again rudely directed to a sign on the door with Easter trading. Being a Thursday assumed late night trading. Well, all I can say is you've lost 2 long term customers from Parabanks originally. Disgusting behavior.
Had my hair cut this afternoon and love it so love that just cuts is so close to home. Definitely be coming back
