Not the best place for anxious toddlers, probably better for adults or children who are not afraid of haircuts. They would not cut his hair because he struggled to calm down and would move and did not want to hurt him and stated a couple of times they did not want to hurt their own hands (the hair dresser) with trying to maneuver which I understand as they seemed to not be experienced with this. They tried to reason with him which isn’t exactly effective with toddlers but I understand their intentions were not bad. Just didn’t have the experience. Great Clips in the south end always accommodated and worked with him in his anxiousness so I figured I’d try this other walk in place to see if they could as well. But unfortunately it didn’t work out.
