Took my 2 year old here for her first haircut today. Hasna was absolutely amazing with my daughter. So patient, kind, reassuring, we will be back here for sure. Nice , Clean salon as well

Maria cut my hair today. She was lovely from the minute I walked in. Normally I feel a bit apprehensive when getting my hair cut.. She knew exactly what I needed, and was engaging and ask me along the way if I was happy with the length. Thank you Maria. (She is the bubbly Spanish lady)..

I never cared about my hair but as a treat I decided to attend here. 100% recommend to visit this place especially on a Wednesday. Beautiful wahine from NZ made me feel so comfortable. You have a regular.

Customer service was great, but cannot cut hair.

I had a wash and blow dry here, and was so pleased with this. The amount of care, attention to detail and how gentle the stylist was, was amazing! She blow dried my hair straight, and it looked so much better than when I do it. She didn’t tug at my hair like other stylists do, the products she used are so great for my hair, and I’ve washed with them once since and I can already feel the difference. My hair is silky, smooth and shiny. The salon blow dry lasted over 4 days as well

I had such a wonderful experience at Just Cuts Ed Square. A huge thank you to Maria D and Shontay for cutting my son's hair. They were incredibly professional, patient, and so kind throughout the entire appointment. They made my son feel comfortable and were so respectful and gentle with him, which made the experience completely stress-free for us as parents. The haircut turned out amazing, and it was clear they genuinely cared about doing a fantastic job. Their warm, friendly service really stood out, and it's not often you come across people who are so caring and attentive. Thank you, Maria D and Shontay, for making what can sometimes be a challenging experience with a little one such a positive one. Today was my first time getting a cut, wash and blow dry from Maria M (Spanish Maria) and I absolutely loved the experience! She was so knowledgeable and took the time to recommend the perfect layered cut for my hair type and length. I also ended up buying the Mint Shampoo she recommended, and it feels amazing on my scalp. Thank you, Maria M, for all your help and for making the experience so enjoyable. I’ll definitely be back!

The worst place I have ever been for a haircut. Just cuts services are normally considered good, and the reason I walked into this store was only because it was a Just cuts store, however I regretted it from the moment the haircut started. I was there for my 3 yr olds haircut and it was only his third ever haircut. The hairdresser not only was unprofessional with her sighs that my child was not comfortable with the way she was cutting the hair, she did not even know how to do a proper hair cut. She barely used the machine, she was using scissors all over the front and the hair cut was done in 10 minutes, no wonder half of his hair was still the same. She checked with me if the haircut was okay to which I said I wanted it shortest possible. And that was it, we were just after a normal haircut, no styling nothing just short enough which was still messed up. And on top of it, she made no efforts to make my child comfortable instead of the blunt expressions and sighs she passed on. I myself offered to sit with the child seeing how uncomfortable he was getting and I was not offered an apron and I ended up having all the hair all over me by the time the hair cut was done. They did offer a lint brush to get the hair off at the end which did nothing to get that amount of hair off. And yes the haircut looked the worse he ever had and I had paid $38 for Kids Jazz style cut whatever they call it which was no where close how a normal well finished hair cut looks like. I would never even get to any Just Cuts from now on with the experience I got from this store and I suggest no families to head there for their child’s hair cut as neither do they know how to deal with children nor do they have the capability to do it well. Such a waste of money!!!!!

I came in hoping to have my haircut done by Hasna, but I was assisted by Chauntey / Shontey instead. She told me she had many years of experience, so I trusted her. I showed her a photo of the pixie cut I wanted, and she said she could do it. She was friendly and chatted with me throughout the haircut, but I felt she was more focused on the conversation than on carefully assessing my hair. During the haircut, I became concerned it was being cut much shorter than expected, but like many people in the chair, I didn’t speak up. When she finished, I told her I’m not fully happy with the top part. She used hairspray to tame it, which helped a little in the salon, but after washing it, the haircut looked terrible. My hair was puffy on top, flat in the middle, and puffed out again at the ends so i honestly looked like a peanut head. It was honestly the worst haircut I’ve ever had, that it looks like i’m wearing a wig and I ended up wearing a cap every time I go out because I was so embarrassed. I returned after 4 days, I was fortunate that Hasna was working. What disappointed me was that Chauntey explained the result by saying it “comes down to nationality” because my hair wouldn’t look like the model’s due to my nationality. I found that comment dismissive, insulting and inappropriate. If that was going to affect the outcome, it should have been discussed before cutting my hair. Thankfully, Hasna carefully assessed my hair, explained that it had been cut too short to fully recreate the style, and did an amazing job fixing it by correcting the shape and adding texture. The difference was incredible, and I actually cried with relief after seeing the result. Thank you, Hasna, for your honesty, skill, and professionalism. I’ll definitely be requesting you for future haircuts. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ for Hasna. She completely turned around what had been a very upsetting experience.

I had my hair cut by Hansa today and absolutely loved the result! She really listened to what I wanted and took all of my requests into account. She was also very sweet and lovely to talk to throughout the appointment. Will definitely be coming back and would highly recommend!!

Amira was great, asks before she cuts. Doesn’t try to upsell products that don’t work. She will test first. Definitely recommend and will be returning.

I got my haircut from Maria D at Just Cuts Edmondson Park and couldn't be happier. She was extremely professional, kind, and talented. I’ve been experiencing hair loss due to pregnancy and was ready to cut all my hair off, but Maria convinced me to keep some length. It turned out to be the best decision I could have made. I've been getting haircuts my whole life, but I have never loved a haircut as much as this one. Maria really listened to what I wanted and gave me a style that I absolutely love. I will definitely be coming back and specifically asking for Maria D. Highly recommended!

I asked for a haircut from here, i wanted it just touching my shoulders, they cut it to my chin and i was bullied at school, get better hairdressers i hope your just cuts gets shut down like the carnes hill one.
