I had my haircut today, and Amanda did an amazing job making me look and feel great! ✨ From the very first glance, she already knew what haircut would suit me best. She was professional, attentive, and truly talented. I’m so happy with the result and absolutely love my new haircut! 💇‍♀️❤️ I’ll definitely be coming back again. Highly recommended! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I had a very upsetting experience here. I came in for a trim of my length and the very minor and long face framing I had already. Nothing complicated. I assumed the man at the counter would be capable of this, and would have preferred him to turn me away if long hair cuts were not something he was confident in. Instead I sat for a very long time and when finished asked that he check the bits around my face were the same length on both sides as I noticed he wasn't comparing them like hairdressers usually do and they looked very off. He cut more off, freehanding, not comparing the sides and wetting the hair a lot. When it was finished I couldn't tell if it was even due to the wetness but I figured he must know what he's doing as 1) he is paid to do it and 2) it's not a hard ask. When I got home and my hair dried I was mortified. There was SO much cut away and it was completely uneven with random chunks. I have never had a haircut this bad, I didn't even know it was possible for it to go this bad at a salon as a paying customer. I was embarrassed to be seen like this so I went back the next day to have it fixed. Amanda was lovely and tried her best to fix my hair, the front section is at least symmetrical now. However, the damage had already been done and it's still the worst haircut I've ever had - and it will take years to grow back to how I like it. So 1 star for my original experience, and a 3 star overall as I was seen to fix it, as much as could be done.

I am only posting this here after reaching out to the business many times and hearing nothing back I went in and requested bangs with long layers, specifically asking to keep as much length as possible. I explained that I had previously had a bad experience where a hairdresser cut off around 8 inches without asking, and that I was very anxious about losing too much length again. The staff member who assisted me was lovely, but unfortunately my hair was cut by around 6–7 inches off which is about three years of growth for me. My hair used to reach down to my bottom, and now it barely reaches my bar strap. This is exactly the outcome I was trying to avoid, and I made that very clear during the consultation. I was prepared to lose an inch or two for shaping, but not this much. I’m extremely upset and disappointed, as there is no quick way to regain that length, and I feel devastated to have lost so much of my hair again. I have now had. Multiple panic attack over my hair and now hate the way I look and there is nothing I can to fix my hair

Extremely disappointed with my experience at Just Cuts (Carousel) (11th August, 2026 at around 2-3 pm). I booked the $69 package, which was supposed to include any style haircut, shampoo, head massage, and a blow-dry/dry-off. The haircut was awful—I specifically asked for long layers, but the stylist essentially just trimmed my hair, and no layers are visible at all. To make matters worse, I never received the head massage I paid for, and my hair was left soaking wet when I walked out. Total waste of time and money.

This was actually my first time getting a haircut in Perth! A friend of mine recommended Just Cuts because the prices are affordable, but the quality is honestly so good — I’d actually seen how great her haircut looked, so I decided to give it a try myself. I ended up visiting Just Cuts at Carousel and was greeted by such friendly staff. Wendy was the one who cut my hair, and I showed her a photo of the haircut I was going for. She absolutely nailed it! It turned out exactly how I pictured it, and I’m honestly so happy with the result. 🥹 Wendy was also so lovely and easy to talk to. She gave me some really helpful tips on how to look after and style my hair, recommended some products that would work well for my hair, and even told me where I could get them. I really appreciated how thoughtful and helpful she was! Thank you so much, Wendy! I’ll definitely be coming back to Just Cuts, and hopefully I get you again next time! 💕
