I had my hair cut by Lauren a few weeks ago and it was so good it’s still on my mind that she needs to know I’m extremely happy with her service!! I’m super anxious when it comes to my hair and she did such an incredible job doing exactly what I wanted absolutely spot on, I will 100% be coming back specifically for her, to anyone else who’s anxious you can definitely trust Lauren to understand exactly what you want!!

10/10 OUTSTANDING SERVICE FROM JACINTA! She not only just cut my hair, she gave me a new lease on life! Using active listening skills to exactly what I wanted, and she delivered! I am so happy! I took my young son to get his hair cut 3 weeks ago. We arrived just after 3pm and we showed a reference photo for a simple burst fade (same reference photo we have used at other salons and had no issues). I specifically asked for the top to be left long to keep the light blonde in his hair and also warned the hairdresser that he has a double crown so to please not take off too much length otherwise it sticks straight up. The hairdresser kept commenting on how well my son was sitting, not moving at all and leaving his head where she positioned it etc. While the hairdresser was nice enough to interact with, she absolutely butchered my son’s hair. It’s been 3 weeks and it still looks terrible! He has several chunks down to the scalp missing, all the light blonde was cut off, the fridge is an absolute hack job and the hair around his crown sticks straight up because it’s too short. $40 is a rip off for a kids haircut anyway, but when it’s this bad… i honestly wanted to cry when my son got out the chair… Not only was our experience undesirable… We also witnessed her argue with and turn away 3 customers (it wasn't even 4pm) because she “had a busy day and wants to go home” despite being advertised as being open until 5pm. We will never be back and have warned all our friends never to go there for a haircut.

Estefania "Tipi" cut my hair, she did exactly as requested and even better! Very nice and friendly staff, had a very quick appointment on a Saturday lunchtime. Really recommends this salon. Thank you Tipi for your amazing work 😍✨

Great cut and service

Fun and Games! Couldn't have asked for a better rapport than with Jacinta. I said my cut wasn't A OK after a Perth Trim. Jacinta heard and started to work. She asked how often do I like to get a 'cut'. Me: "18 months", to which she replied I think we need to trim a bit more... I suggested a 2nd opinion, she laughed "you really want another Ladies opinion..." and kept on trimming - humour, professionalism and Jacinta listened! I like length, my Lady likes my curls. I just had the most lovely experience. Julie was kind, very professional and knowledgeable and did a really awesome job. She was also a great conversationalist. An amazing job!

Fantastic experience today getting our 4 year old's hair cut. Hairdresser was very knowledgeable, understood what we wanted and got it done quickly while dealing with a wriggly boy. We will be back :)

It was the most horrible experience for my 60 year old mother. Her hair looks like it was bitten off, we’ve been having to cut it at home because it has a lot of hairs that are too long for her bob, that she asked for. She takes such good care of her hair, this is so unfortunate. And on top of the horrible haircut, the hairdresser was incredibly out of place with what she shared with my mother. Telling my mother about how she loves getting wasted and how she deals with hangovers. This sort of conversation is unacceptable, my mum is a respectable woman who doesn’t drink. We want our money back. This hairdresser needs to be trained better, in her hairdressing and also the type of conversation she can have with her clients.
