This was my first time at Birtinya Just Cuts Wait time was quick & I was happy with my pixie cut, I will be coming back.

Brilliant experience from start to completion. Laura’s response to my brief was positive and she was absolutely capable, managing to achieve exactly what I had asked for. I went from a bob to a curly pixie with bangs. She ensured that I was happy with the process in a naturally caring manner. I’ll be back for maintenance in 6-8 weeks.

I hope I have the right name-was from receipt. I had a wash and quick dry and it was wonderful. The wash was good and the massage of the head was beautiful. I was also very happy with the dry off. Best I have had in a long time. Thank you. Regarding: Customer Service

Good style but way, way too short. I did say not too short on side and I'd say it's about 1/8th inch!! You can actually see my scalp on the top of my head. Very disappointed!!!!

I find Justice products are good value for money. I always stock up when I am in the area. Staff were very friendly & knowledgeable.

Serena is a star 💫 I’m so grateful for her professionalism today. I could tell she was skilled by the way she was talking me through what was happening to my hair, how much we should take off to make it healthy & took the lead on what cut would suit me at my current stage of growth. Her attention to detail in pulling at each section to ensure the length was equal without the bounce and the way she handled my request for an undercut - total woo girl! Would recommend.

Just wanted to share a beautiful experience we had today~ I came with my client and her mum for her hair cut and I believe the stylists name is Tina, she was absolutely beautiful and accommodating with the whole experience, we hope to see her in the future ❤️

Today I had my regular 5 week haircut with Netty who did the best cut ever at Just Cuts Birtinya. I was also lucky to have a free birthday shampoo and Netty gave me a wonderful head massage during the shampoo. Thank you Netty, you made my week!!

Maxum (I think this is how it is spelt) was a wonderful hairdresser, he was extremely precise and my hair (short bobbed cut) looked very straight and fresh when he was finished . I would avoid at all costs, booked 2 kids haircuts online and when we arrived they said they can only charge adults prices. $94 later for 2 kids basic cuts that took approx 12 minutes ea. Staff were also quite abrupt and unfriendly

In terms of pricing, Just Cuts operates on a set Style Cut price and on weekends all clients pay the full amount, however we do offer discounted student, seniors and 'kids not at school' pricing on weekdays, which may be a better option for families looking for a lower-cost visit. We understand how this may not have been clearly explained at the time, and we’ll take this feedback on board to improve how we communicate our pricing.
