Jungle Safari Lodge

Thank you for giving opportunity to share feedback. Property is very good but staff in reception are not professional. Staff in reception are mirror and face of organization. Customer service has significance role to lure guest again again but found in unacceptable level. We had been offered two rooms , one is rs. 6500 & another is 4500 with BB basis. We choosed 6500 but it was unserviceable. Again we have been choosed 4500 one but BB were not provided. Do you think this kind of service will earn goodwill ? Hope next time you will correct it See you again.

Location is nice , but food provided was really bad. it was not well Maintained. But swimming pool was nice and clean. Giving four stars because of the food.This place is themed in terms of jungle as its name suggests, you will find room names like hornbill, dolphin, leopard etc, they have painted their walls also with great paintings they looks so beautiful.

I recently stayed at a jungle safari lounge chitwan that left a really bad taste in my mouth. The hotel charged me a higher rate than what was initially agreed upon, which was already frustrating. But when I brought this to the attention of the manager, they were incredibly rude and unhelpful. At the time of checkout, I noticed that my bill was much higher than what I had expected based on my initial reservation. When I spoke to the manager about the issue, he was completely unhelpful and incredibly rude. He didn't seem to care at all about my concerns and refused to acknowledge that there was a problem. Instead, he made it seem like it was my fault, which I found incredibly insulting. The way that the manager spoke to me was completely unacceptable. He was dismissive, unprofessional, and downright rude. I felt like I was being treated with contempt and disrespect, which is not the kind of treatment that anyone should have to endure, especially when they are paying for a service. Even after I agreed to pay higher rate the manager was extremely rude. Overall, I would strongly advise anyone considering this hotel to stay away. If you want to avoid an unpleasant experience, find another hotel that will treat you with the respect and professionalism that you deserve

We had a great stay here - pool and facilities are excellent. All staff, from cleaners/drivers/waiters were fantastic. Owner very helpful in booking onward travel and ensuring we had an early breakfast before our safari. Would recommend as a great affordable hotel in town

The shop is very fancy, but the stuff is bland. Self acclaimed 2-star hotel is not even a 1 star. Dirty rooms and stinking bathroom. There are no electrical sockets working in the room. No hot water is available in the bathroom. Food here is also tasteless and costly. (Better to dine outside)
