Nadeem, Sidhu and Salman were very helpful and gave us excellent service throughout our four day stay. JRD invited us to their Holi party and we had a lovely time. Because of the Holi festival some places and services were limited but we were very happy to stay at JRD.
Overall experience of staying and attending conference in the hotel was very excellent. I loved the behaviour and politeness of the front desk receptionist and staff of the hotel. Very clean and interior of the room and banquet hall is very beautiful
Overall experience of staying in the hotel has been excellent. I loved the behaviour and politeness of the service personnel of the hotel. A room service request is attended very soon and with utmost politeness. Cleaning status of the rooms are very good. They provide cleaning service on request too. AC functions very well. Bed is well made and clean. Bathroom is fitted with latest best quality fittings. The room entertainment is very good as most of the TV channels are available. Overall cleanliness is very good. I have enjoyed my staying thoroughly. Even though the guests are always full there is no laxity in service at any time. I am leaving with a great feeling.
Beautiful hotel with nice services. I have stayed in other hotels of the same area but found it really nice with the best services. They have managed it greatly within limited space. Keep it up.
The hotel was good for the price. The rooms were clean with good lighting pattern. Bathrooms were clean and not small. Wardrobes with locker was present. Refrigerator and kettle were present. Overall a good place. The food was good and priced reasonably. However, the people in reception should improve their professionalism. I hope that they can easily fix it. I recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay.
