It is an absolute pleasure to work in the JQModern building. The feeling of community is strong which is a result of the hard working staff who run the building. Always happy to help , listen and assist when problems occur, we woukd recommend anyone looking for office space to visit JQModern , you will not regret it
Good space and very spacious
Came here for a meeting and was really impressed. Reception area looks great and the whole place feels very professional. Meeting rooms were really nicely designed and so was the kitchen/eating area. Easy to find and close to transport which made it simple for me coming in from out of town.
Great building to work at. Receptionist and staff are extremely helpful, welcoming and friendly. Building is very secure, clean and modern. Fob access across the building is fantastic. Highly recommend this office building to anyone looking for space. The overall atmosphere is professional and relaxed. It’s a great place to base a business.
Unreasonable end‑of‑tenancy charges disputed The end‑of‑tenancy process for our office space was frustrating and poorly handled, particularly in relation to charges applied when vacating. We were charged for flooring reportedly beyond acceptable condition, despite this being standard wear and tear consistent with normal use over the duration of the tenancy. We strongly disagreed with this assessment and challenged the charges, as the flooring had been used appropriately and returned in a reasonable condition for a commercial space. The approach taken felt inflexible, with limited consideration given to fair wear‑and‑tear expectations. Communication around the justification for these costs was unclear and required unnecessary follow‑up. Prospective tenants should take care to document condition thoroughly and seek clarity in advance on how end‑of‑tenancy charges — particularly relating to flooring — are assessed.
JQ Modern has been our home for the past two years, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. The staff are helpful and professional and go out of their way to make everyone feel welcome and supported. The building itself is beautiful, modern, and always well maintained, creating a comfortable and inspiring place to for me and my team to work. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a high quality office environment.
