We had booked polished/bright rods for windows to our house. Executive on calculation told ₹31500 approx for different lengths. Paid ₹10000 advance. On receipt of the items we understood he had wrongly calculated, the bill was only approx 6000.without informing us he sent the difference money collected. Promptness, thanks. Keep it up...
