It was a very easy friendly experience. Ronnie sold us the car. Everyone we worked with was friendly. Bought car on Saturday picked it up on Monday. It was ready as soon as I walked in the door. Ronnie went over the car and off I went. He even called a few days later to make sure everything was OK.

April Greenway made my car buying experience amazing and was quick to answer any questions I had even via text. I even forgot certain things to ask and she even helped me the next day after the sale! 10/10 would recommend them! April really went out of her way for me, working around my schedule. Hands down the best pricing as well. I told them my budget and they stuck to it! No pressure at all! I had a great experience with them the first time as well, which is why I was a return customer!

I wanted to buy a car so I decided to go to savannah to buy a vehicle because most of my family has got one from up there. I sat up there all day long and got the runaround about a vehicle I was looking at. After sitting there for almost 7 hours wanting to know the price of the car. She came back with more than the car is worth and didn't wont to negotiate 1 cent less. Mainly so she can make a big paycheck because I didn't go threw them or put nothing down. And I don't think they deserve 1 star truthfully. I don't recommend anybody going to buy from them because they are all about them making money and you not getting a good deal and everything is your fault when something goes wrong.

After review of my trade-in (2019 Tesla Model 3-Full Self Driving engaged) and Izuzu, I don't feel I got a good deal. Tesla listed on Kelly's Blue Book for $52k + Izuzu $3k. I should have waited and looked more. My fault. I only blame myself. The Tesla wasn't even driven by the dealership when I drove away in a Nissan Frontier that listed around $38k. How could they possibly know the value of the car. Ashley (Salesman) was very good to work with. I love the Tesla and most people don't understand them. I got the very short end of the stick. Oh well. I like the Frontier but was quite costly. Sorry, but I was not impressed with the deal. Tornado warnings and everyone wanted to go home.
