We had an excellent experience at Jones and everyone was so wonderful! From Mr. Timothy Trotter in the Sales Dept. to Mrs. Leslie in the Financial Dept. Highly recommend to everyone who is looking to buy a new or used car. You won’t be disappointed! We will definitely use Jones again in the future when we decide to upgrade!
My wife and I didn't have much luck finding a vehicle locally, and came across Jones Ford via Auto Trader. We are so glad we did, as their customer service was exceptional! They truly treat you like family (the ones you like), and are willing to answer any/all questions. Hunter and Caylen were both great in the car buying process, and were as transparent as you could ask for. Leslie was very detailed when explaining all of the finance process, and Howard the delivery driver was a joy to work with as well. All in all, Jones Ford has captured our business, and we look forward to repeat business in the future!
I purchased a vehicle from here on 05-02-2022. I had a wonderful experience. Paul White was very professional and he made sure to meet all of my needs! Being that I was a little apprehensive, he provided excellent insight and walked me through the entire process with ease. The entire Jones Ford family was amazing. We had a great experience with Jones Ford and Amelia. We live 2.5 hours away from this dealership, but found that they offered the most competitive pricing in the area. Amelia was extremely helpful on the phone talking through several vehicles. In person, she was friendly and knowledgeable. It was worth the drive to Savannah for our vehicle purchase. I have been extremely satisfied in my experience with Jones Ford. Amelia & Kailee made the entire process of buying my Pre-Owned Ford F-150 such any easy process. They were both super responsive, and if they didn't have the answers they went and found the answers for me. Of course, buying site unseen can be a little sketchy if you aren't dealing with the right people. They had no issue sending me all of the pictures and videos I needed to verify the trucks condition, even AFTER it had undergone the rigorous inspection process at Jones Ford. Once purchased, they even facilitated the delivery of the truck to my home well over 100 miles away within 48 hours saving me time and gas, something very valuable as a business owner as most know. I'll be back shopping at Jones again in the future. Thanks again Kailee & Amelia!
