I wished I had never purchased a vehicle from them. First, it was over book value but it had all the options I wanted so I was willing to pay a little extra. Unfortunately, some of those options they advertised as being on there were in fact not. They falsely advertised the vehicle. The sunroof broke on day two of having the vehicle. My salesperson, Carla, assured me I would be getting a call from the service manager and it’s now been almost a week and I’ve heard nothing. No one will respond to my emails now. They will rush you to buy the vehicle which should have been my first warning sign. I do not typically leave a bad review but this is one expensive mistake I made and I want to help prevent others from making it. I drove 5 hours one way and regret it immensely. I was also told that the interior was perfect. As I was on my way home, I discovered it definitely isn’t. See picture attached. And lastly, we discovered it definitely had not been detailed as I was told it would be. There was food in the folds of the seats and on the sunshade. Very disappointed!!
