BUYER BEWARE!!!! If you are purchasing a used vehicle from John Vance Auto Group in Guthrie you need to make sure you check EVERYTHING down to the smallest detail to see if it works! They sold us a vehicle that the back door will not lock or unlock with the key fob! When we took it in for a "We owe" to get some scratches buffed out we told them about the door not locking. The next day they called and told us it was ready to pick up. Got there, walked around the truck and not all the scratches were buffed out. They didn't even try that one area as it was still dusty. Not until I told my son to check the back door did they confess and tell me they wouldn't fix it saying "it didn't have anything to do with a mechanical issue and it was not a safety issue," so they would NOT fix it. Makes me worried about what else they didn't do in their inspection! I will say the sale was fast and easy, maybe because they knew things were wrong and wanted rid of it. I am VERY disappointed to say the least!!!

Amazing Service and Prices!!! Shopped around other dealerships in the metro for weeks and got nothing but the runaround and marked up prices. I went to Vance Ford in Guthrie and got amazing service. My sales rep was Jennifer. She was helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. I was in and out there quickly with a new 2022 F-150. I HIGHLY recommend there whole team. There were no marked up prices or hidden fees. I will definitely be back for my next vehicle. Thanks again!!!

Do NOT recommend using service department. Went in for a normal oil change late in the day. Something felt off little later but couldn't go back. Next day my alternator died. Looked under hood and there was oil all down side of my engine. (They even said on there multi-point inspection there were no oil leaks.) This included alternator. Checked the dipstick. My oil was way overfilled! Changed alternator and changed oil again ourselves on weekend. Still a loss of power. Finally found that the air filter cover was never put back on...just sitting there! Went in to get them to at least cover the alternator and they wouldn't. Denied everything despite multiple pictures! It could've been so much worse if didn't catch everything when we did. Will never return or trust them with any of my vehicles again. Passing along this experience as a warning to others.

Very easy to work with. Held a vehicle for a week for me with others interested. Ask for Eric in sales. Eric delivered some added parts for me 2+ hrs away on his day off. Highly recommend
