Terrible experience with your Grey Lynn service dept, this has really put me off owning a ford, i was ready to change my car, I know it wont be a Ford now.

Great team, very knowledgeable finance department (and the senior manager knows her stuff about towing), and great Salesman. After many trusty years with our Holden Colorado, we finally made the jump to a Ford Ranger. Best decision we have made, and the team at John Andrew Ford have been fantastic to deal with - including many tow tests with the vehicles before we settled on the 2.0 BiTurbo being the best pair up for towing 2T+ around the North Island. I'll be coming back here for a trade in and purchase of the next one!

Purchased a “premium used car” from John Andrew Ford. As it was lockdown they shipped it to me. It arrived absolutely filthy (inside and out), with other peoples possessions still in the glove box. The registration was also 3 months out of date. There was also a small defect which they are refusing to fix, even though they promised the car would arrive as new. I wouldn’t buy a car from here again. The only saving grace is I actually like the car (after getting it cleaned)
