Joe helped us purchase our home on the beach and it was absolutely a pleasure to work with him through every step of the process. In the past we had been largely underwhelmed by our experience with realtors, but Joe was the complete opposite of everything that we had previously experienced. He was punctual and proactive on everything and was there throughout the sales process and really made everything easier. We also ended up working with people that he recommended and I could not recommend them enough. In the end, we love our new home and Joe has earned a customer for life.

Joe was the best Real Estate Professional I have had in some time! He is professional, but makes the process of finding a new place to live easy and fun. Because he cares, you may see him taking notes as you look at properties in hopes of finding the best place to fit your needs. He was also incredibly responsive with all communication, and ensured that I was informed and supported with all of the paper work I needed. I have never had an easier time finding the apartment that is right for me, and what a view.
