I had my toe skin clipped when cutting my nails. The massage offered was not relaxing and the service provided poor. To get cream moisturised into the hands after the polish applied would cost an extra £5 which was disappointing. When feedback was given to the owner I was dismissed and he didn't take any feedback on board. Will not be returning!

Customer service was poor. My nails were drilled so hard, I was in pain and my nail design was not good. Apart from being very disappointed, I left the shop with two resolve. 1. I will never go back to that shop. 2. I will learn how to do my own nails.

All the people who work here are rude (except one of the ladies who I think is the boss). No customer service esp. Poor hygiene. All my fingers were bleeding when they were done. Nails also wasn't done. Didn't dry and they didn't care.

I never write reviews because very little bothers me tbh but they were rude and their customer service is trash. The lady started my nails and then left saying "give me 5 minutes" .She had actually gone to start someone else's nails and lied about how much time it would take. After about 5 minutes I went to ask her how long she would be and she said 10 minutes. I have things to do and I can't just be sat in a nail shop doing nothing but waiting. I couldn't leave because I had already paid (that's their policy) and she had left my nails in a rough stage. After 15 minutes, she offered to give me a refund but I couldn't afford to waste anymore time walking around looking for another nail shop. I was sat there waiting for 25 minutes before someone else came to do my nails. Not one apology was given but I was instead lectured about how I need to allow enough time for nails to be done and if I dont have enough time then I need to try another time and I was told how busy they are. If anything they seemed frustrated with me for raising an issue with the waiting time. My questions is, why would you start my nails if you are so busy? why are you still accepting people if you're so busy? why are you packing appointments so close together if you know you how long each one takes?

Very poor service. Asked for infill of acrylic nail and they done an awful job. The acrylic is lumpy. The gel has bubbled. The design is not even straight and looks like a child has done it. Absolutely appalling. Avoid!!
