I’ve been to the store twice since I’ve been in town and each time I’ve been blown away by the customer service and the pizza. Jason and Brady were more than helpful and patient being that it was my first time here. 10/5 stars will be back for sure.

Brady was great. Made my first experience at Jets pizza very welcoming. And the pizza is great. Brady did say once you try the pizza that I would be back.. He was right,! I will definitely be going back. Lunch Specials are great price and Definitely great tasting.

We were huge fans of Jet’s Pizza back when we lived in Champaign, IL, and when we moved to Bloomington–Normal… there was no Jet’s Pizza. ☹️ So when Jet’s finally jetted into town, we were thrilled! 😊 This location (IL‑034) has always been a welcome addition — but it became truly exceptional once Jason stepped in as manager. His leadership shows in every part of the operation: consistently great pizza, a friendly and reliable team, and customer service that goes above and beyond. You can really feel the pride and care he brings to the store, and it makes a huge difference. And our personal favorite? The 8‑corner Detroit‑style Pepperoni with Turbo Crust. Pure perfection every time. We’re so glad Jet’s made its way to Bloomington–Normal — and even more grateful for the fantastic job Jason and his team do. Highly recommend this location!

Not worth the price. My pizza was very light on the toppings. Also paid for extra cheese, but didn't get it.

Omgoodness Jett’s pizza Is definitely where it’s at oh my word! All of their toppings are extremely fresh. They have vegetarian options as well. The customer service is impeccable. In addition, the store was extremely clean and I don’t know about you, but I really like to go and get food from a clean establishment!Thank you so very much for all that you folks do and thank you for having amazing food and wonderful customer service. We will definitely keep coming back!

Another great experience. The buffalo chicken is a our family favorite. The employee where exceptional even with our brief visit. We will be back for more🍕. Ordering online was a breeze too.

Great pizza, great ranch, would order more often except delivery is $9 so I only ever pick up.
