Great experience at Jennifer today. Our salesman Al was very informed and great to work with. The manager Khan was also great to work with. Excellent & easy experience, great service & great product!

My wife and I have been keeping our eyes out for furniture for our new home. I had been hunting online sure that I would get the best bang for my buck. My wife on the other hand wanted to see what we were going to get first. Boy am I glad we checked a brick and mortar place first. The sales staff really know about the furniture they are selling, we're not pushy and gave us the time we needed to decide. We settled on a gorgeous full grain sofa set. After weeks of shopping online I can safely say their prices are very competitive.

This place is terrible.... No such thing as Quality Control... DO NOT SHOP HERE. Bought bedset pieces and was promised 1-2 week delivery and came after a month. Not only did it arrive late, it came DAMAGED!!! The manager KHAN kept denying pieces were not damaged and had the audacity to say that no furniture is supposed to be in perfect condition... if i order furniture I expect to be brand new. WHY WOULD I ORDER A BROKEN BED??? When you sold it to me, you were so quick to sell but when it comes to delivering products you send me damaged products. Before they deliver the items they dont even check if its in good condition.. They deceive you at the store and once youve paid, they dont care about you. MY BEDSET ARRIVED CRACKED AND BROKEN DENTS EVERYWHERE. I DIDNT ASK FOR REFURBISHED FURNITURE.. THESE WERE NEW PIECES I BOUGHT FOR MY NEW HOME. Really disgusted with the quality and customer service/ care received. After sending multiple pictures of damaged set received, he didn't even apologize for the inconvenience. THREE DELIVERIES were made for this one order and each time there was mistakes. Really disappointing customer treatment. If I had known I would've saved my money and went elsewhere. Not one apology for the inconvenience that I went through. I hope someone reads this review before purchasing blindly like I did.

My experience at Jennifer Furniture, Carle Place, NY exceeded my expectation. Devi is extremely knowledgeable, professional and patient. She took her time and listened to all my concerns for color, size, fabric and family function for the sleeper sofa I was looking to purchase. She answered ALL my questions with patient and extreme knowledge to the detail of the many sofa manufacturers they carry. The exceptional customer service of Mr. Kahn the store manger was impeccable. He listened with care as I expressed my concern for pricing and delivery. His response was let me see what I can do. My sofa arrived and due to great customer service it fits perfectly, the color and fabric are beautiful and the delivery service/team could not have been better. Thank you Jennifer Furniture, Carle Place for a great experience!

I bought a bed that broke less than three months later. I was sitting in bed with my boy friend when the bed collapsed. I was inches away from slamming my head on my hardwood floors. My boy friend had to literally pull me up and out of the scene. The structure of the bed couldn’t even hold a toddler. The quality of the furniture is beyond awful. I am a nurse and I have been sleeping on the couch for the last month and a half. I don’t know what’s worse the quality of the furniture the furniture or the customer service. I’ve heard absolutely nothing back from Jennifer despite calling frequently. I would never recommend this store. Nor will I ever shop from this store again. If I could rate this place 0/5 stars I would.
