Jefferson Innova Apartments

My roommate and I have experienced many issues living in this apartment complex, but Harley has handled everything well. Harley has been so helpful since day one. He has worked tirelessly to assist us in getting fair compensation for our troubles. If we would have been able to work with Harley in the beginning to get our situation figured out, our problems would have been solved long ago. We appreciate him and everything he has done to help us! If you need anything, go to Harley. He has been our biggest advocate throughout this whole process. We are very grateful for him and the time he has spent helping us!

Jailine was great with giving the tour and providing a great experience for me. She answers all my questions and made me feel good in showing the apartments. This was a great place to call home in the future.

Suwarni really took the time to help me print important papers for me on a time crunch and was super helpful and organized

Suwarni and Brandon legit are two of the most incredible people. They literally go the extra mile to make sure you get situated and taken care of. My process took a bit longer but they wouldn’t let up until it was finished! They went the extra mile to get me into a place while waiting on my ACTUAL unit across the hall to be ready. Legit!

I toured over 15 apartments around the Dallas area but none of them wowed me like Jefferson Innova. Suwarni was the best tour guide I have ever had the pleasure of working with. She showed me multiple models that fit my parameters and went the extra mile to make sure I was able to secure the unit I wanted. Definitely one of the nicest apartments in Dallas!

Because of its Google reviews, Jefferson Innova was the first community I toured when looking for my new apartment and sure enough everything I read was 100% true. It’s a beautiful, clean property with fantastic amenities and, as every reviewer wrote, Suwarni is the absolute best to work with. She was the icing on the cake and played a good part in me signing my lease. Another huge plus was the close-knit community vibe I experienced during my tour. This is something special and hard to achieve for most properties. Looking forward to my move!

I just moved three weeks ago and my time at Jefferson Innova has been amazing so far! Suwarni has been such a pleasure to work with during the whole process. She’s actually the best, highly recommend working with her. She constantly checked in with me and made sure all of my questions were answered. Also went out of her way to come into the office earlier to hand me my keys when I had an early flight into Dallas. Those little things really mean a lot. As far as the apartment, the amenities and actual room are nice and new. Definitely feels hotel-like. I haven’t had any issues with parking as there has been plenty of space on my floor level. Haven’t had any noise issues in the building. The only con so far is there is a doggy daycare on my side of the building so you can often hear them bark. I will say I was told about it so it’s definitely something I anticipated. I’ve gotten used to it but if you work from home just consider which side your unit is facing to avoid that.

My experience at Jefferson Innova has been amazing. I had a lot of support from Suwarni at the leasing office while moving in and she was always so willing to help with anything and everything I need. She is the best! Has definitely made my new transition so enjoyable. The building itself is beautifully located, the apartments are incredible and the whole complex is always so clean and safe! Their technology here is up to date and the best I've ever had. Don't think twice about coming to Jefferson Innova!

Moved to Jefferson Innova from a loud overcrowded high rise. Loving it! Brand new and smells like a boutique hotel. It’s quiet and the energy here is very peaceful. The crowd here is of good pedigree, no debauchery. They have a security patrol now. Suwarni was super helpful to help me choose the right unit. She was always available before I moved in with my questions and she is very attentive to details. If you are looking for a new place - ask for Suwarni and she will make you feel right at home!
