WOW. The overall process here is great. My gf bought an escape here 4 months ago. The sales process had some minor issues but they were handled pretty much on the spot. When the Escape wasn't ready as promised, he put her in a loaner. Some issues with the finance figures but I caught them before my gf signed. Again, that same sales mgr honored the figures that she agreed to with the salesman Marco. Also, took it in yesterday for service and the process was seamless. The advisor didn't try to push extra junk(which was highly appreciated). Marco even talked to me when I was waiting and said he remembers me from when she bought the Escape. Highly recommend overall!!

Finding a car is a hard process these days.I had been looking for an Accord since January.. I did an application online and they reached out the next day! My sales rep Madison Alexander was amazing! She was very knowledgeable and took her time to walk me through all my options. She was a 10/10!! If you go ask for her! That place was packed w people that and the whole staff seemed on point amid the busy day. Highly recommend

Great selection of cars and I found one I wanted. I was told the are not a one price shop but it seemed that way. I had left and thought about a used car they had. I wanted it and called the salesman to tell him I would pay asking buy would like help on new tires. He did tell me the tires barely met the standard to be replaced. So I figured since they took the car in on a trade and according to car fax they did not do much mechanically to get it ready for sale. I made that offer and called again. But he never replied to me. Very disappointed as the car sat for over 3 more weeks and he still never called me.

This was a surprise gift from my husband for our upcoming anniversary and my graduation. Our whole experience with Jeff Wyler Honda was amazing from start to finish. We started on Carfax. The representative contacted us right away. We were greeted warmly by every staff member we encountered. Our salesman, Tony Rutledge was an absolute pleasure to work with. After being given the run around and lied to by my local Honda dealerships in Owensboro and Evansville I was on the hunt for a used Civic. They was a little out of my budget, but still shopped hard for one. After D'Patrick lying to me and then low balling me on my trade-in, I found a car at Jeff Wyler's Honda in Louisville. I was contacted by Madison Alexander as she was trying to get me into the used car, someone came in and bought it unfortunately. She then gave me 3 more used car options and they was a little pricey and I kept asking them to give me a value on my trade "unseen". Which is super hard for a dealership to do. Long story short, Madison called me and informed me of a new 2023 Civic and she sent me a link to view the car. I absolutely loved it. It was cheaper than the used cars and closer to my budget. Still not thinking a deal would ever be reached. I had them guarantee the highest offer on my trade-in that other dealerships had given before i would made the trip. When it was all said and done Madison was able to get my monthly payments exactly where I needed it to be. I have bought many vehicles over the phone or online and I have been burnt so many times by lies that dealerships will trick you to get you to drive hours away knowing you will most likely buy. Madison of Jeff Wyler Honda worked super hard to pull off a merical of a deal. I love my new car and I love that I was able to drive 2 hours after work to get my car and they was true to everything they promised me.
