I recently had the pleasure of working with Diva @Japan services estates & letting agents and cannot emphasize enough how outstanding her service was throughout the whole process of renting our new home. From start to finish, Diva demonstrated the highest level of professional, friendliness and efficiency, making the entire process a breeze.
This is the best letting experience i have had in years. The staff including the owner of the agency are charming friendly and certainly go the extra mile. They also will recommend tried and trusted work people to help with all the jobs that need to be done. Thanks in particular to Diva. Long may u b there!
Pretty poor service, they offer higher rent for Japanese nationals (the site in Japanese has higher rent than the English site). Also not very helpful for tenants… very slow with providing information. They know Japanese people who can’t speak English fluently would go to them so their service is below average compared to other letting companies I’ve dealt with in other places across the world
Japan Services has been managing a property for me for over 30 years and has always given excellent service. A major refurbishment was recently carried out managed by their Mr. Singh. He provided an extremely competent service as well as offering a lot of very useful advice. I can highly recommend this company.
As a tenant you expect agencies to be knowledgable & willing to help when you have queries or face problems inside the flat. Amardeep & Jane in particular have been extremely helpful and proactive with my queries. I cannot thank them enough for the advice and assistance they offered not only during but after my tenancy. It makes a difference when you feel that an agency cares not only for the property but the people living in it. They are an asset to the company. Thank you Japan Services.
