Vehicle wouldn't start. I'm a new customer. Called Janssen and had it towed in. This was Saturday morning. They looked at it Monday morning and called by 11 with their findings. I approved the repair. And by Tuesday afternoon it was fixed. I picked up the truck after hours. I looked over the invoice and noticed that they had fixed s couple of recalls. I was very impressed with all they. I will be bringing all my repairs. Way better service than the two dealerships in the area. I will be telling all my friends to go to them for service.

Was in the area for work and had a breakdown. This dealership was able to get me in and out quick and was great to work with.

This is the third vehicle that I've purchased through Janssen Ford in Holdrege. My daughter has also been a customer. They have always worked hard to meet our expectations and overcome obstacles. Jessie did us right A-Z with answers to all of our questions and allowing us to look at vehicles on your other lots as well. Being an "Old" sales guy from a different industry, Jessie's first impression was probably the difference maker. We had arrived on the lot at closing time a couple weeks back on our first visit to Janssen Ford. We knew it was closing time, but the pleasant surprise was Jessie taking time to acknowledge us out on the lot anyway. He gave us his card and we chatted for a few minutes as we were just window shopping at the time. Our experience all the way through to signing the papers was a pleasant one. No pressure or any "tactics" from anyone. Service in texts, calls, follow-ups and more shows you all care about the customer. Thank you Jessie.
