Such a beautiful property surrounded with Tea estates and other plantations. Wr saw bisons next to the property. Wonderful experience staying there. I had a very bad experience. The room was extremely small, with just glass doors that offered little privacy. It was nothing like what was shown in the pictures. The staff was unhelpful and did not help when needed. To make things worse, the owner was very rude on the phone when I tried to address my concerns. For the price charged, I expected much better service and facilities. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
Hello all,. Don't BOOK Jai's Retreat This is the worst stay, I have experience here .. (after everything a fake apology message will be forwarded) 1. Staff or owner BLACKMAILED to give 5 stars otherwise they will Not provide complementary breakfast and they have a treated or brutally behaved with us. 2. No proper treatment for guests, 3. No proper facilities for guests, 4. No proper cable facilities, you have to use your data and get entertained yourself 5. The room is so small,. 6. There is No garden, just a piece of grass 7. Rooms are so expensive, even though it's not worth paying 4.3k 8. Night food is good, Morning food is pathetic 9. The rooms are NOT soundproof. You can listen from the other room. 10. Previous guest waste nail polish was kept open. Not cleaned. 11. If your experience rider or driver plz don't Book. It's very dangerous.( Deep Slope) To give only one star because of location and climate. Thank you
I stayed here for 4 nights. It is one of the best choice I made to book this. A small one but very well maintained. Views from the room is fantastic. If you are nature lover then must and should pick this one. Mornings are the ones that should not miss. I worked from here straight forward two days, The internet they offer is also 100mbps. There is enough place during day time to play. My kids enjoyed playing with two kittens. Above all a friendly service. Manikan ensure he call every meal. If we are going to need food and make it ready when we reach there. Would like to thank for all.
Our stay at Jail Retreat was wonderful, and the hospitality was excellent. The view was absolutely breathtaking – waking up to the morning mist made us feel so close to nature. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The only drawback was that the rooms were not soundproof, and we could hear noise from neighboring rooms, which was a bit uncomfortable. We hope the management can address this in the future. Overall, it was a very good experience, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended.
