Jain Confectionery and Snacks

I had ordered food from here through Swiggy and it came after 2 hours..Such a pathetic service..The quantity of the food was very less and the food was also average..Not worth the money to spend

When Jain Confectionery started, it was my go-to shop for orders because the quality was excellent. However, over time, the quality has declined, and now it’s worse than ever.

Utterly horrible experience with them. They don't inform us if any food items are available and send us different items it has happened almost 5-6 times now. I mean they don't return the food but the only solution they provide is just take the refund. They don't provide any information to us about food availability and neither they pickup calls. Absolutely horrible customer service. Never ever going or ordering from this restaurant. There are many food shops and stalls far better than them.

NEVER ORDER FROM THIS RESTAURANT!! They always send misplaced items online. The only solution from their side is refund. It's been 4-5 times that they either don't send food or misplaced food. Also their price has hiked up and they don't pick up calls if needed. Neither I'm going to order from them neither I will recommend anyone to visit or order from this place. Horrible!!

Thank you so much for your unconditional honesty and hospitality towards to customers. My wife left her purse at the food joint in the morning during breakfast as we often used to have our breakfast there and it’s really delicious and pocket friendly but In the evening when we found that the purse is missing at our house. we immediately rushed to the restaurant at midnight 12am. The restaurant was closed but Thanks Mr Nehal Jain for his kindness that he asked us to wait there and he came back in the midnight itself to handover the purse to us. Thank you so much once again for your hospitality and kindness sir. We wish you more prosperity and success. 🙏
