Very friendly customer service and great deals. Manager and team very friendly and accommodating. Not sure where these nasty 1 star reviews are from… everytime I’ve gone in has been perfect. Everyone is happy to be there and willing to help. It’s also worth mentioning I like the quick, no non-sense approach. I get my weed and I’m done. After a 12 hour day it’s nice to not have to stand in a long line and chit chat with strangers.
I had such a great experience at ivy hall. Everyone was super nice and helpful, I got 25 percent off my first order for signing up too! Overall super happy and I’m gonna make this my go to dispensary.
I get this place is new, but coming in to pick up my order is always awkward. I get asked for my phone number multiple times after I hand in my ID. This might seem insignificant but it's sensitive info being shared and it seems unnecessary. Upon entering you get accosted by a greeter like it's Macy's or something. This might be fine for someone who wants an immersive retail experience but not if you've had a long day of work and you're there to just pick up an order. Your competitors have figured this out. I'm fine driving for 10 more minutes to not deal with it. The prices are about the same as everywhere else.

Reasonable prices here - it's Illinois, everyone! They have a good and extensive selection, including gourmet chocolate edibles. There are numerous deals, for newbies and regulars, throughout the weeks and months, and daily ones too! The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The store itself is beautiful and unique and has a chill vibe to it. I definitely recommend Ivy Hall - Crystal Lake!
