Happy with my cleaning

SHOP AROUND. DO NOT ACCEPT ANY PRICE, JUST BECAUSE ITS CONVENIENT. I'm not sure how this place has such high reviews. It's almost suspicious in my opinion. My experience with this dental office was horrendous. Not only is it located inside a beat up plaza, but the inside of the facility is old and rundown. They do not use the latest technology or materials. They really need money (you'll see once you enter the facility), so they will try and nickel and time you for everything, while doing it with an iSmile. They tried to charge me for things that were not in the contract I signed and almost 2 years later they are trying to chase me for money... I immediately saw another dentist after getting a quote from them (which was outrageous). I went to a higher end dentist that I thought would be a bit more expensive, because of its location, how great the staff was and the cleanliness and newness of the facility - and it was CHEAPER than this place was quoting me (for an implant). Moral of the story - if something is off, don't dismiss your gut and ALWAYS shop around. I'm now having to send my attorney this bogus charge that was sent to my house (yes, again, almost 2 years later) that I have to fight. They will lose, however the fact that I have to spend time doing this now for such a low quality place and service, sucks.

The staff were very welcoming. The hygienist took my x rays and did a full deep clean quickly and effectively. The reason I went to this dentist was because the previous dentist I went to a week earlier gave me an estimate for $3300 worth of dental work. I came to this office and they didn't give me any run around. I was immediately taken in on time for my appointment, and was given everything I needed for a first time patient special of $99 with no up selling tactics. I highly recommend this office.

Hands down the best overall staff I have ever interacted with! I really enjoyed everyones bedside manner, and the individualized patient centered approach they had to offer! Wonderful professional and accommodating staff with a very pleasant atmosphere in the dental office! I also received a cute thank you card which was a really sweet gesture too :D

My cousin referred me to this place and the people here are exceptional. Extremely nice and caring. I want to say a big thank you to the dentist who treated me on 10/29 and the receptionist who managed to squeeze me in the same day. I've been searching for a new dentist and I found my new office.

The entire office staff has incredible customer service. I was a first time patient and Elizabeth scheduled same day appointment. I have never had an office allow you to do that. Initially, I only wanted a second opinion and it ended up that I decided to switch dentist. Ricardo is an excellent hygienist! Lastly, Dr. Helmy was honest about the procedure I was wanting. He let me know different possible outcomes , to allow me to make an informed decision. I believe your staff is a reflection of your leadership, so thank you Dr. Helmy!
