I had a problem with my truck window as soon as I got off the ferry. They fit me into their busy schedule. While my problem was much larger than just the window they made calls to other island garages for me. They ultimately developed a work around for me. I appreciated their prompt and friendly service.
I had few rocks crack my windshield on the way to Boston. I called at 9/1 (Thursday)and Richard told me to come on over anytime to look at it. I showed up 45min later and he emailed me a quote, ordered the windshield and had an appointment to replace it the following Tuesday. Super fast!
Everyone knows how the wind is on the island. Well upon coming home we noticed that one of our glass windows on our sunroom blew off and shattered on the porch. I stopped by one glass replacement on island and they were out of my required thickness. A neighbor friend recommended Island Express Glass since she had a pleasant experience with them. Richard was so pleasant and after checking his supplies said he would get the job done in one day. We brought over the frame and as promised the glass was ready early morning. And to my surprise since he was in the area it was delivered. After careful inspection I placed the glass replacement in the window and never thought about it again. As part of a major renovation of our home our general contractor brought Island Xpress Glass in for our walk in shower door and a large mirror. They were professional, prompt, attentive and we are well pleased with their work.
