I recently dropped my mac book Pro 15 inch and needed to replace a few things. I checked out several locations and ended up choosing iService Center because the prices were very good. I was very pleased with the service and work that was done on my computer, it looks brand new. Friendly staff, fast service, and fair prices. This will definitely be my first choice if I ever needed anything for my Mac again.

Great place for you apple product service. I went for a screen change for my ipad mini, was done a great job. The front office executive was very helpful. The cost is also reasonable when compared to other places. Do give them a try if you have any issues with your Apple product. Highly recommended.

We came here with an iPhone X stuck at 0% battery and continuously rebooting issue. Based on online and YouTube videos it appeared that I may have to change my battery ask my phone is old. When I visited iService center they did the initial check and just gave me the phone in a few minutes. It was just a minor alignment issue but I appreciate the center being honest and not trying to upsell products and extra repairing cost etc. Thank you for your fantastic service and speed. Will definitely save in my phone book for future needs.

I had given my I Mac desktop for servicing in I Service Center Opposite- Maxus Mall Bhayandar. I gave the system for Graphic chip repair which costed me 12,500rs. Work was done correct but they damaged my system by cracking the glass from below. When I submitted my I mac desktop to I service center Bhayandar. THE RECEPTIONIST NAME- PRATIMA SAID THEY WILL SEND THE DESKTOP TO ANDHERI MAIN OFFICE FOR REPAIRING, AFTER IT GOT REPAIRED SHE CALLED ME TO COLLECT. I WENT AND COLLECTED THE DESKTOP SHE SAID EVERYTHING IS FIXED. I took the system home and when I turned on the desktop I noticed that there was a small crack on the glass below on the edge of the screen. There was a minor crack on the edge of the screen which is only visible by seeing very closely. You cannot see the crack from normal distance you have to look closely to see the crack below the screen. I ZOOMED AND CLICKED THE PICTURE OF THE CRACK GLASS. I called I Service Center to inform them that there is a crack on the glass below. THE GIRL NAME- PRATIMA PICKED UP THE CALL AND WHEN I INFORMED HER THERE IS A CRACK ON THE GLASS BELOW, SHE DENIED TO ACCEPT THE MISTAKE AND STARTED ARGUING WITH ME IN A VERY UN PROFESSIONAL MANNER AND STARTED SHOUTING AT ME BY SAYING I MUST HAVE BROKEN IT. I was trying to make her understand that you may have not noticed the crack below. She was not at all trying listen to me and kept on saying in a very Rude & Harsh way as if I did. (SHE SAID ME KI JO KARNA HAI KAR LO MAI KUCH NAHI SUNNE WALI JISKO BOLNA HAI BOLO. MAI KYU SUNNU TUMHARI TUM KYA MERE BOYFRIED HO, MERE BAAP HO JO MAI TUMHARA SUNNU.) I SAID HER SHUT UP AND LISTEN. (SHE SAID TUM NE CRACK KIYA HOGA AND HUM LOG PE INZAM DE REHE HO, HUM LOG NE CHECK KIYA THA KUCH CRACK NAHI THA, TUMHARE SE HI HUA HOGA CRACK AUR HUME BOL REHE HO. HUM KUCH NAHI KAR SAKTE IS PROBLEM KA.) Stared insulting me in very rude way, Pratima is a very arrogant and un professional employee in I service center. Pratima then disconnected the call, again I called her back she again repeated the same un professional behavior to me. They are not ready to take up responsibility for their mistake I had a very bad experience and a loss. Worst way of talking to a customer not polite and respectful at all. So it’s a request to everyone please be careful when you go for any kind of repairing or servicing to this I service center Bhayandar opp- Maxus Mall. Think before you submit them. Whereas, they had sent the desktop from Bhayandar to Andheri for repairing after repair they send it to Bhayandar I service center still they are not accepting the mistake IT MIGHT HAVE CRACKED WHILE MOVING. I KNOW I WILL NOT GET ANY SOLUTION OR SUPPORT FROM THEM TO FIX MY PROBLEM. It cost A lot of money to buy something Please be careful everyone.
