Lauri Stepniewski was our sales consultant and she was did an amazing job! She was knowledgeable, professional and wonderful to deal with from start to finish as we purchased our new vehicle. Everyone else on staff at Inver Grove Toyota that we interfaced with was helpful and wonderful to deal with. We would highly recommend this dealership for purchasing a vehicle and were very happy with our experience!

Great place to get a used car - I worked with Lauri and Chuck and they were both very helpful, as well as accommodating with how long it took me to make a choice. I got the "too good to be true" feeling with one of the cars and had a pre-purchase inspection done at another dealership (same brand as the car, not Toyota). The 3rd-party dealership mechanics backed up everything that Inver Grove Toyota was saying. Trustworthy and nice to work with.
I bought my first "dealer" purchased car from Inver Grove Toyota back in 2014/2015, and my recent experience in April 2023 was even better! My earlier experience was fine, but this current one felt so much less stressful. I worked with Lindsay Wagner to pick out a car that was on it's way to the lot, and reserve it. It didn't come until April, but it was worth the wait. Lindsay was chill and fun to work with. I did end up purchasing some extras, but they accepted no for an answer when I said I didn't want other items. I have gone back for maintenance since getting my new car and the service is always 10/10. Just another reason to love Toyota!
My salesman Patrick was a knowledgeable guy with a great sense of humor who made me feel comfortable during the entire experience, and even gave me a fair price on my car with no extra fees! He made sure my car was polished and topped off the fuel tank for me. This is definitely a five star dealership! Thank You Patrick !!!
Adrian Melendez was awesome with me. Very detailed on explanations and knew about anything I asked about. He went out of his way to make me feel like a true welcomed customer. I had a great experience buying a van with Chuck. I had to put my name on a list and wait to get what I wanted, but Chuck was personable and communicative throughout the buying process. He listened to what we wanted and kept us up to date on where we were on the list. When the Van came in he was patient as I got cash and financing sorted. It took a few days but I'm very happy with my new sienna and the experience I had at the dealership. I'll visit again for my next car!
