We used to love this practice, but their customer service has significantly declined. Trying to bill unnecessary (luckily I caught it and didn’t pay). Parking is horrible. The most recent visit caused me to write this review - we showed up to my daughter’s scheduled wellness appointment with an email confirmation and they turned us away! The receptionist changed the day and time without notifying me so we had to leave and return another day. Unacceptable.
I used to truly love going to Intown Pediatrics. Dr Bataille and Dr Harbaugh have seen both of my children for the past 6 years. However, the front desk is rude and unorganized. Enough to the point where it ruins the whole experience. You can’t be waiting around for the front desk to get their act together when you have a 1 year old. You can’t rely on the front desk to know what they’re talking about when the turn over is so bad.
Not accepting new patients - we had a bummer of an experience with Intown. We had heard good things from our doctor and others, and I had filled out the form for a prenatal visit several weeks ago but not heard back. We tried calling today to get in, and after being on hold for about 10 minutes we were pretty curtly informed they were not accepting new patients, and felt pretty stupid for not knowing this even though their website does not indicate this (we wouldn’t have called if so!). We were told there are no expected new openings for the foreseeable future, so there’s no point in calling to inquire again. The location is unbeatable for us and it seems like a nice enough practice from the outside, so just a bummer overall.
Intown Pediatrics does not have a viable way to contact their office. We've had multiple times where we've called during normal business hours and have not been able to get through, waiting an hour or more on hold. Their doctors are usually great, however it is incredibly difficult to get ahold of their front dest.
We LOVE the PA, Sheena White. She is incredible! We first took our daughter to her when she was a newborn and have used her every time since. Sheena is so warm and caring to our little girl (now 10 months). She takes her time and answers all of our questions. We cannot recommend her enough.
