Other than the front disk SWEET African America lady, this location is RACIST!!! Including that arrogant female doctor. While it took them to get me finished in 2 hours another Caucasian American family came in and left before me and they were there for the same study as me. Not to mention my husband who waited in the car with our 1 year old for the ENTIRE 2 hours and I told the girl who brought the paperwork that. First question I was asked by Sarah after how are you? Was where are you from, I notice you have an accent? Thereafter, she didn’t seem too excited to get me in the study but she did the test anyways and I was qualified because I already took the online test and it qualified me as well. After signing all the paperwork, and almost finished. Sarah came in and asked me did I have a sunburn before. I know it may sound unbelievable but I did not know what the sunburn was, I thought it was the dark brown spots that show up when you are exposed to the sun for too long. I thought it was that kind of severe burn so I said no, she told me she will have to ask the doctor. Keep in mind, things mean differently in different languages. To me where I come from that’s a sunburn because it is common to any person who has common sense that they will get red after being exposed to the sun!!!!!!!!!! At that time I googled it just to make sure what that was and instantly told her when they came back in oh I misunderstood. I do get sunburns but the doctor seemed to not believe and said “you are too dark for the study” I told her I miss understood and yes I do get them. She said “no I can’t risk it, your skin is too dark” SERIOUSLY!!!! I just signed all the papers and the other doctor qualified me and you are saying I’m too dark?!!!!!! I also told her I got laser hair removal in the past and I had no problems. She said “I don’t know how strong the waves are”. RUDEST DOCTOR I HAVE EVER MET IN MY ENTIRE LIFE!!!!!! Very racist and arrogant!!!!! Unless you are truly Caucasian and AMERICAN don’t even bother to go there!!!!!!!!
