Sylvia is the best! I started going to her monthly to help with my lower back issues. She was with another practice at the time, and when she left to start her own business, she suggested I try another therapist at that practice since I use their other services too. Well, I never had a massage as good as Sylvia after she left, so after trying a couple other therapists, I followed her to her practice. Her integrity and level of service, along with her skills as a massage therapist, just can’t be beat.

I highly recommend Sylvia’s work! She listens to what you want from the session, and incorporates a little of everything into it. Bamboo, cupping, stretching..you name it and chances are she did it. I especially love the little extras she always does. You can be guaranteed an amazing experience; a great massage and being pampered while you are there.

I would highly recommend going to Integrated Balance LLC. I have lower back problems. I went in for a deep tissue massage. Very professional, very nice personality and a very welcoming experience. Would definitely recommend Integrated balance LLC for great massage. My back feels great after the deep tissue massage.
