This place is the old Mercy but does not feel like the old place. Now it's run by idiots and the doctors really don't care. The administrator don't care about the staff. Very toxic place to work at.

What a piece of Sh**t hospital. The staff sucks and the administration are the worst! The worst experience I ever had.

I'm a local agency nurse who started at Insight in the summer of 2022. I've extended my contract there several times due to many reasons. First is my coworkers, who make the most stressful work days in the ER more enjoyable with having them by my side. The coworkers/friends I've met since starting there have made me come back. Rhon the ER Manager has been exceptional. He is always in his office and has an open ear for everyone. Overall he let's the "nurses" be "nurses" and is always interested in teaching us about things we can work on in the future with a very educational and open ended conversation. It's true good management is what keeps nurses around. Always felt like my voice was heard. Overall great place to work.

Being a new graduate from school and applying to work in the ED, I instantly was greeted with enthusiasm and open arms by the staff and manager. Rhon was very open to helping me get ready for my exam as I was transitioning into work and was always there whenever I had a question. Love the environment and excited to start my career here at Insight.

My experience at insight Chicago was a great experience from the time I walk through the door being greeted by janice in a professional manner, to the point it didn’t take long for registration to call my name, Kalisa and Debra we’re also great with keeping me at ease. I also like how they were both team players to keep the flow going while multitasking. When my name was called by the nurse practitioner haabi and chanice they both were very pleasant and fierce and also knowledgeable as well and the funny part I never knew I bumped into the charge nurse while walking out the door but my eyes lit up knowing that in secs very witty and upbeat need more team players like this all the time.

Denisse went all the way with me with paper work making my application very simple and easy

All people working at Insight hospital welcomes me warmly whenever i am admitted to ward or visit ER. The administration and Everyone is very co-operative. The ppl in administration are pigs. They call you to their office and misbehave for personal reasons even if your work is appreciated by people around. COO is also a very bad man
