The overall process for our kitchen counter installation has been an awful experience. Initial install was 4 hours late to their scheduled appointment and left us with a broken countertop and a seriously damaged edge to our island. The office sent the same installer out the following day to “resolve” the issues after a long conversation with the office staff. Again, 2-3 hours late to the scheduled appointment, this visit included more sanding and grinding and while better still damaged and very uneven unpolished edges. Weeks passed with no follow-up and left on standby while “speaking with management” until the office staff called to collect final payment. After refusing, and reminding them we are awaiting communication from management, we were told they would send a new person to assess the damages. This person spent hours re-sanding and polishing the island countertop but recognized the repair of the cracked portion was not possible and recommended replacement. The second installation day arrived and the appointment time came and went, I texted the office, called the office and was told they were on their way , again 2 hours late. At least this install was done correctly !!! The office staff seemed very helpful initially , we were very optimistic, and yet continue to be disappointed. What should have been a seemingly simple install has cost us more than 24 hours of our time waiting on installers to show up, or watching them attempt to fix a problem they created. Given the amount of problems, one would have assumed someone would have called to check on the second install, confirm things were done correctly but this did not happen. The only phone call received was to collect payment for the remaining balance. We complied and paid but did provide feedback to the company. Finally, management had accepted verbal responsibility for the actions of staff but made no attempts to credit the account for said actions of their staff, the damage to countertops or the hours of time needed to take off of work for the multiple visits. You fully expect to pay the quoted amount for the beautiful countertops perfectly fabricated, but should you pay the same for a sub par install, countless hours wasted and damaged uneven edges? I hope for better for future customers !

The workmanship is high quality and they did an awesome job on our kitchen counter tops. Due to the size, we had to have a seam and it looks awesome and the two pieces match and flow together very well. One would never know they were from two different pieces!
